(minecraft) Why did this change?

when I try to move things in my inventory the item moves up a little, it won't swap other items,and I really don't know what is happening. please help because I want to fix this.

maybe your analog stick is tilted up a little, if your on a computer then maybe it's just a glitch

If it's on the Xbox, then that's your problem
