I am 59 and a half inches and 91 lbs
Is it ok for me to lift weights? or could it affect my growth? I'm 14

I'm not too big either (of course I'm probably older then you so i am taller than that) and I workout never is bad to workout as long as you don't hurt yourself or bodybuild too early (kinda depends on your age too.)

just make sure you do stretches first, otherwise you could rip tendons

At your age I was 6'1 and didn't lift till I joined football which was around 5'10. My friends that were short which was around 5'2 in middle school were only allowed to basically do bench. It's up to you but I'd avoid anything that uses your back or sits on your back

Probably, if you have someone there incase you drop a benching bar on your chest.

I'd advise lifting weights. You seem like you could use a lot more muscle mass, and fat. Start eating foods high in protein.
