How can I get my back to stop hurting?

Over the summer, I play tennis every day. When I changed my serve upon a coach's recommendation, my back started to hurt. I had a solid week of pain whenever I served and an additional week of pain at least once a day during serving. The problem went away for a while, but now it is at the point where even though I only have practice once a week, I come out of it with a sore back and shoulders that hurt for days. I'm not quite sure what's wrong or how to fix it. I would prefer not to visit a chiropractor.

Physical therapy us probably the best answer. I'm not doctor but I too have back problems and by building up my core and stretching my back, I alleviated most of my pain, considering the fact I was on my feet 6 hours a day for band and 5 for work.

its a little exspensive but it will make you feel like super man it is a palm massager that's just what its called you can put it on your back

I'd just go back to your other serve and tell coach his "recommendation" didn't work (I don't play tennis so that's just what I do for my sports) also ask for any others he might know of

I roll on the floor to crack my back??...pain never goes away completely ..I don't trust chiropractors either!!
