If you drink a gulp of a high quality fish oil every day, your skin, body, and hair will look and feel so much better. I know fish oil sounds disgusting to most people but I have found if you use Carlson's fish oil with a lemon taste, it's so much easier to get it down. You should keep it in your refrigerator to keep it fresh. Be sure to shake it well before you use it. Also, it's worth using a brand like this and in liquid form because it has been highly tested for mercury and other things that can be in some fish oil pills ect. I always hold my breath while I take a drink of it and then immediately drink something that has a flavor like diet soda.

A Multi-Vitamin would be good to take, since all vitamins contribute to healthy skin and hair. For healthy skin, Vitamin C works the best, it makes your skin tight and look full-of-life. For Your hair, Biotin is the Best. It promotes and increases hair follicle growth and strengthens it. Castor oil does the same. I take a Multi-vitamin and Biotin tablet daily, and once in a while use Castor oil for my eyebrows.
