Samsung Refrigerator> The temperature on the freezer is at the point where the ice cream etc.. is melting?

Did you check the adjustable thermostat? Many newer models have thermostats for both sections of the refrigerator. I'd start there first.

It doesn't really matter what temperature it is; it's not working, and your stuff is not being kept cold. That's all you need to know to get it fixed. But I'd eat the ice cream now. Just so it doesn't go to waste. :)
