whats's a major in primary education and a major in secondary education whats the difference?

Secondary school is middle, junior and high school, primary is elementary grades.

Primary education covers school up through high school. Secondary education is at the college level.

Elementary education is what you want to major in. Getting your masters doesn't hurt either. I only know that because my girlfriend is doing her student teaching this coming semester. I might be incorrect about my original answer.

you can major in early childhood ed.That would be pre-school. Majoring in elementary ed. covers k -8. Secondary ed. is high school. If you want to teach college you must have a masters in education.
