How am I supposed to tell my parents I want to go back to a vegan diet? (read extras)

Last summer I did research on a vegan diet and I told my parents what I wanted to do and they let me. After about 2 months they thought I wasn't getting enough protein and nutrients and they made me eat meat again. This time I want to take things seriously and become a vegan again. But I'm afraid they think I won't be healthy.

The research that has been recently conducted shows people are predisposed to a vegetarian diet. We have never been predators that`s why eating meat can pose real threat to our health. Seriously, a number of illnesses we stumble upon are caused by meat consumption. Perhaps this argument will be work.
I`m vegetarian myself (not vegan yet)). This is pretty easy to stick to way of life while benefits to heath and figure are numerous. If you manage to maintain a balance here, you`ll surely get stunning looks, high spirit and lot of energy.

Show them in writing how your vegan diet this time will be healthy in ways your last vegan diet was not.

Research with them and agree on a diet
Try protein shakes if your diet allows it

my brother is a vegan as well he has lost alot of weight only because he is not getting enough nmutrients and food so i advise u too research foods u should eat so u get all the nutrients u need
