What is your exercise routine
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I go to the gym.... Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I run a few miles
I just recently started back. Mondays I walk, Tuesdays I bike, Wednesdays I run, Thursday light weight training, Friday I run. Take Sat and Sun off. :)
Sunday-Friday: run every morning.
Whatever I want, gotta go with the flow bro .___. Gotta switch it up bro .___.
I go the days I'm off from work. OOOOHHHHHHHH YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAA!!!

I would jog about 3 miles per week.
Monday(arms&back ) Tuesday(chest&shoulders)Wednesday(legs&triceps)and situps everyday running everydayand repeat everything Sundays off
Every day (except Sundays because of bowling) I walk and sometimes jog for about an hour.
Mon-Fri I teach dance. And that's the only exercise I get, only 7 hours of exercise a day during the week. And Saturday and Sunday are my lazy days. :P
