How do people calm down when they are mad?

Well if your mad all do is find something that's makes you happen. Four me it's music because i love 2 sing

Hi rena96, I go find my husband he talks logic and it makes me see in a different light so instead of staying mad I then know what is really important...with my situation, So my answer is seek out an elder,.....and know it's ok to be angry for a minute, but never carry on with it it makes things 10 times worse...

Rena96, you are welcome for the advice, here is another thing, if I cannot get a hold of my husband, I do the following, I turn on music, and start cleaning my kitchen, do it in triple time and somewhere in that time you are moving and sweating your body will release dopemine and that will calm you down,..you don't have to clean you could dance or run in place,...these are good natural ways to get through your anger...

it takes a while for me to calm down, when I get mad!!! I have to be honest! Most most of the time, I calm down when I talk to someone about what is making me mad! That person is my sister! She is my best friend. She knows me, she tells me if I'm wrong or right! And she is honest! That helps me!

Sit quietly and don't talk, that works for me. The last thing someone should say to a person who needs to calm down is "Calm down." That's sets me off.
