What is the best way to fix my hair oops?

My sister convinced me to dye my hair once on my 16th birthday, 1 year ago, and I didn't like the color at all and the difference between my natural roots and the dye was very noticeable. Out of sheer embarrassment, my friend told me to try and match my natural color to a new dye. Well, long story short, I tried my best, but failed once again. So my mom told me to let it grow out, but it's been almost 4 or 5 months and I have about 4 inches of my natural color (dark brown) and the rest is a very faded unnatural looking blonde color. Is there any way I can just remove all the dye? Please help!

You need to find a hair color remover at your local drugstore or salons. One of the best hair color remover is Loreal's "Color Zap" as it also restores your hair to its natural color. It is very hard to correct a bad dye job and therefore, it is best that you see a hair specialist from your local salon.

My friend told me there is a thing called Color Oops! that removes coloring too, but when I told my mom about it, she said if I try to removed the color myself it will fry my hair and it might fall out. Is this true? The only time I have ever been to a hair salon was to get a perm 2 years ago.

Try washing your hair with Prell or Pert Plus. It's really strong shampoo and get color out quick. I try to dye my hair red once and it turned purple.

You just have to die all your hair with a dark brown and 20 or maybe 10 volume peroxide, you could find that in Sally's Beauty Supply. The lighter part might get a little light again but its normal or just try to cut off as much as possible.

Yeah, that's the other part, I know this doesn't help my case much either, but I'm not allowed to cute my hair either. I know, what bad luck I have! My mom just told me if I let it grow out in no time at all when summer rolls around and I am outside in the sun, the cool will fade away.
