What are 2 reasons why this article (are fb "likes" protected by the first amendment?) has a social core concept?
the article is about a man who was fired from his job as deputy after he liked the fb page of a man running for sheriff against his boss, so he took it to court but the judge ruled against him because a "like" isn't an actual statement, etc.
i know that the core concept is social but i can think of why. i've also tried having the core concept as political but i couldn't think of reasons for that, either, and these were the only two options.
please help me quick. the critique i'm writing with this information is due on friday, so i need it asap.
