if you're looking for cardio, try hip hop dance. a ton of guys do it, and it is kinda fun once you catch on. I took a class once, and it was me, one more girl, and like 5 guys. the guys tried teasing us girls, but they found out that they were trying to tease a girl who would not run away crying. they were talking to the queen of sarcasm, and between my sarcasm and my kick-ass fighting style, (I know it sounds crazy, but I can use my cheer tumbling skills in fighting! like my signature combat cartwheel!) they figured out that they would not mess with me or my friends without getting payback from me, in the form of a black eye, courtesy of my combat cartwheel, or bruises all over, due to them finding out a bit late that I can kick viciously.
woah! 250 is alot! good for you! you could always look up excercises on youtube or if you don't already, you could run and do situps, pull-ups, wall sits, all if you are looking to increase muscular strength. hope this helps!
