How much exercise do i need a day?
As of right now i exercise 20 minutes a day, and i have a diet of minimal carbs, and minimal sugar.

Well, it's different for everyone. I think age matters also. I'm 15, and i exercise around 30 minutes a day at home, from lifting weights to push up. I usually stay on the veggie diet, i only eat meat to get some protein.
Probably only an hour (:
