Evidence that supports the big bang theory

Report as

The first major evidence that supports the big bang theory is the expansion of the universe. The universe must have smaller in the past this it has continued to expand with time. The second line of evidence is the discovery of Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. Check out http://www.big-bang-theory.com/ more evidence.

Not much in the way of "evidence" but multiple observations (i.e background noise of the universe) lead physicists to believe in the theory

The big bang actually started with:
"And God said: let there be light".
BANG!
