Regular inside bulbs likely will not help. You need the UVB rays. I believe there are some light boxes you can buy that simulate this. If you use Vitamin D, be sure to buy D3 and consider the Vitamin D co-factors. There is some great information here about Vitamin D -- http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/about-vitamin-d/ They have a page there for supplementing effectively. I take it daily and have noticed a difference especially this time of year.
