I need to Know what is in 'ALL' laundry Detergent for science fair

There would be a wetting agent to make fabric linkable to water.
There would be soap molecules with water loving ends and dirt loving ends.
There might be a water softener to remove minerals and allow more bubbles.
Thats not the full story, hope its a start.
