I think educational philosophies and theories affect the statement of purposes and goals, curriculum, instruction, and values because social classes lead to different theories of purposes and goals and values. Some systems of values applied within the educational system affect every area of curriculum and instruction thus the educational venture is seen as a system implementing philosophical value choices in relations with cultural and personal elements. That's why it will be difficult to get widely diverse groups to agree on a detailed set of values
