In an old Hannah Montana episode what does it mean when Miley Cyrus says the walrus howls at midnight?

She said something like that but I don't really remember what she said but I don't understand it.

Idk how I know this( I'm not a fan of that show) but it means she's having teenage girl issues and her dad should go away

It doesn't mean anything it was just something random used as a code phrase
