i honestly mow yards and do alot of heavy duty jobs where you sweat alot and it seems to work for me ..trying to help you.i guess bottom line is just keep moving lol

Lots of cardio. Cardio puts the body in fat burning mode and makes your heart rate go up. Then after cardio do the sit-ups, push ups....ect. Alway works better this way.

I'm making 150 pushes-up three times per week and I have lost 13 pounds in 3 months, it's kinda slow but it isn't so difficult.
