No. It would probably die. If it didn't die right away, it might develop cancer later. It if lived long enough to reproduce, its young might be damaged: two heads, no legs, internal defects -- but no ninjas.

Considering I AM a Ninja and I didn't have to fall into a barrel of toxic waste, no. I'm not kidding about being a Ninja, I actually go to Japan and train (no, karate is NOT the same thing.)

yes. they get bad to the bone when exposed to nuclear waste. they will kick you to the curb and beyond.
