I skip breakfast sometimes... (even though I know its not healthy so don't do that!) I exercise sometimes in my room, these really help (jump-jacks and sit-ups) and walking and running around the neighborhood burns the best cardio and calories. Also, eating healthy really helps. Protein every 2 hours ( an egg or protein drink ) and a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But instead of trying to eat 3 meals a day, make it into 6 smaller meals a day. XD hope that helps.
