Need opinions on who should pay for vehicle damages.

A coworker backed into my parked car while at work; No damage was done to the area which she hit. My car was ran up on curb tho which resulted in my tire being popped. After taking tire to shop , I was told it had a bubble in it that caused it to pop after impact. Should my coworker pay for new tire even tho it had a bubble which caused the tire to pop ? Just trying to do the right thing since it most likely won't have popped without the bubble.

You should consult with your co-worker and agree on the issue. Letting her pay all the cost will not be quite fair. The best thing to do is to agree and share the expense with her.
