Get more sleep every night and if that doesn't work you have allergys so then u should get allergy shots. I am a teenager and have horrible circles!!!!!!! I tried all thoughts and they kind of worked but my allergys are so bad I gave up and just used makeup!!?
put a spoon in freezer for five minutes, then take cold spoons and put it under your eyes on to the bags in the morning , have it their till spoons get nolonger cold , also try and get more rest drink alot of water ,

what time do you get up. because teens need 8 to 10 hours of sleep. so go to sleep early then in the morning count how many hours you slept. oh yeah and have a certain time for example since its school time go to sleep around 9 o'clock then wake up around 6 30 or something
