Martial Arts, it builds both physical and mental strength
Over tax your muscles when you work out. Do it many times and you will get stronger.
Play ding dongditch you build up leg muscles super fast
Lift weights, Do them regularly and often. Increase in the weight you are lifting as it gets easier.
exercise. It depends on what area on your body you want to be stronger. look for exercises that focus on the area you want to be stronger in.
Jogging, swimming, bicycle, Martial Arts, gym (learn correct movements/muscles/workouts), home workouts, alot of meat/veggies/fruits/milk. Stay hydrated, sleep well, and also work in a team, building teamwork/mental leadership/mental strength.
put your heart out there and survive after someone breaks it haha or you could just workout, depends on what you mean by strong:P
When you get sore you know your actually working, and your muscle cells are replenishing and getting stronger..
When you move to the woods to get away from everyone,build a cabin by hand,and swim in the river.
stop hanging upside down.....and get into some sports
