Good stress relievers?

Okay well right now I'm going through a stressful; emotional; time, and I just want some type of thing that I can do that might take my mind off of it any hints of things that might interest me -- it would be nice if it was easy btw xD

I would just take things as they come. Eventually all things pass, so don't stress. Just focus on the good things.

Depends on your personality. Sometimes I go to the waterfront, sit at home and watch the fish, shoot pool, play vid games, or just go for a drive. You gotta see what calms your nerves and use it whenever necessary.

Good suggestions above. It might help to talk to someone why your stressful. Read a book that interests you. Writing helps, make up a story, or just write daily how you feel, take a shower in hot water, go for a walk and talk with a friend. Anything might help hope you find what your looking for!!
