What will happen if you pour motor oil instead of transmission fluid in a transmission?

i poured a little motor oil into my transmission and realized my mistake because the color was not right.

If you you put in more than an ounce or two, and the car is valuable, I would have the fluid changed at one of those places that hook up a machine to it and change all the fluid. About 100 dollars.
Normally if you just drain it and fill it, the fluid in the torque converter is not changed.
But that may be sufficient if only you put a few ounces in.

If you pour motor oil instead of transmission fluid in a transmission, it will probably damage the clutch inside the transmission. You can get in touch, with a mechanic who will be able to advise you on this.

You need to flush your trans before you end up destroying your engine.
