Is there any way to get all iPhone apps for free besides jailbreak?

According to what I know, there is no confirmed way of getting all iPhone apps for free without jailbreaking. However, you can try using apps like Open Feint and Free App a Day which offers one game for free on a daily basis.

If you have an apple developers account ($99 a year) then you can put cracked apps on your itouch without jailbreaking.

Checkout a program for windows called ifunbox you can install cracked apps from your computer onto your device
