How to get my sleep back to normal? Any magic tricks?
I have to be at school by 6 for community service, then after school I walk straight to a place close to my school (usually getting there by 3) and work till 6 for community service, then I go home and sleep til around 12-1 a.m. and wake up and stay up all night. I can't get my sleeping habit back to normal and its sooo hard to stay awake while working (especially after school) but I need to get hours made up quick! I have to do homework in the middle of the night which sucks, I almost got kicked out of school for failing three classes because I just transferred from another school last term that I failed 7 classes in. I think it'll be a lot easier if I can sleep at night but I always fall asleep when I get home from school:(
