What are some easy recipes for a healthy breakfast?

I am only 13 years old, and I leave the house at 7:40 AM so it can't be a huge breakfast. Just something healthy and simple!! I am starting GYM at school 1st period so I have to eat something healthy in the morning so I can run miles and such without cramps. Any ideas?

if you like eggs, you can boil a few the night before, and peel them, then put them in the fridge. Have one with a piece of toast, a bit of fruit, and a glass of milk. There's also yogurt, breakfast smoothies are easy to prepare the night before as well. :)

I like to make scrambled eggs w/ onions, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, and once it's all done, put it on buttered toast. Also w/ a glass of milk. At most it will take you like 15-20 mins to make and MAYBE 10 to eat. It's so good!
