How about a send you a picture of someone who didn't do something about it at that age and at 50 is now 70 lbs overweight, do you think that will motivate you? Just walk for 30 minutes a day. You can even break it up into two 15 min sessions.
For you to lose weight, you first need to figure out the reason you want to lose the weight which should motivate you in to taking action. You can also seek advice from other fellows who may have weight problem and find out how they approached the matter. The process of losing weight requires you to perform numerous exercises and maintain a diet that boosts it.
How bout the protein diet? (Eat an egg/egg white every 2 hours) Eating healthy each day would help, try by eating 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals a day. Cutting carbs and sugar is the best, and drink lots of water. (Try to drink a gallon worth of water everyday) its hard, but it works!
But if you want to try loosing weight by getting active "not hard work outs just very simple" you should try at least walking around the block. Or, you could try doing some sit ups, squats, and some jump jacks each day, that works too.
Buy yourself an outfit that you absolutely MUST have, but a size too small by waist size. Hang it out in your room where you see it every day and know you won't be able to wear it and look good until you LOSE THE WEIGHT.
