Someone please tell me the name of this song.Could you?

these hints may not be much of a help but still......but sister is desperate....

the whole song is like an anime...... it begins with a man lying dead in the middle of a road.... as if he had jumped from the skyscraper near by..... then the whole song is like a flashback of what happened or some thing like that........

towards the end of the song.....it shows the whole band in the anime form and the guy who was dead at the beginning of the song if the one singing....
i think it begins with some thing like.... "i don't know what to....." and then there is a loud " tonight "......i'm not sure.....

i know these are not much of a help but please help me.... my sister is desperate to know the name of the song......
