Depends on your age. People lose they baby fat from age 15-16. Try eating 800 calories a day. It's health because you actually eating and exercise once a week. Or eat and exercise everyday. Dancing burns alot of calories.
I hate to diet and have tried various plans This one worked for me Jackie Warner's book "This Is Why You're Fat and How to Get Thin" With this plan, you add specific foods to what you already eat. This changes your body chemistry and you loose the desire for foods that are bad for you. This works for me because I don't like restrictions , counting calories or weighing food.
