How to teach someone to act

me and my friend are going to audition for TV and movies. she's never been in a play or had any experience acting before. on the website for the auditions it says to make sure your dedicated to acting. she's never experienced acting before but she still really wants to do it. I want her to also, but I need ways of teaching her what I know, to see if she will like it and to try to get her to what I know about it. i figured i could teach her some of the games we play in theatre class. do you have any other ideas for a quick way to help her learn what I know?

You can't "teach' them either they have that talent or they don't, they can improve

Um yes you can. Yes, you either have talent or you don't, but that doesn't mean you can't learn. Some people aren't naturally talented at piano, and they learn how to play. My teacher just taught us that it doesn't matter whether you have it or not, if you enjoy doing it then learn how to do it. If you don't want to help don't say anything at all.

Give her something to memorize, and make sure she knows how she can get into character, and express herself. She's not herself, she is the character. Be sure she doesn't overact anything, she needs to be her character naturally.
