Eat healthy foods and work out but when you work out don't do the exact same thing everyday change it up so you don't get used to it and never go on a starvation diet been there done that it is not a good idea.
The bulk of your diet should consist of low carbohydrate vegetables and lean meats and fish and/or take a fish oil supplement. Minimize as much as possible from your diet any simple carbohydrates like pasta, bread, potatoes, corn products, sodas and sugary items etc. Exercise and stay active in general.
Hi. All of the above have covered just about everything I was going to say! Good for them and for you! :) I would like to add "when you eat." Consume most of your heavier carbs in the late morning to early afternoon. This way your body will use them instead of storing them. Good Luck. Don't forget to drink lots of water! :)
