take a small spike and poke the egg on top of it in a triangular fashighon. DO NOT CRACK THE SHELL!

Then place the egg on a plate to hold it in a way that the small holes face up.

try medium high 20 seconds then hi 10 seconds

Microwaves cause the liquid inside the egg to boil almost instantly generating heat. If the heat can't leave the egg then the pressure will build up and blow up.

A cracked shell is gonna give quite a messy work.

You have the solid shell wich act as a barrier then you have the soft shell right below the solid shell. Make sure you pierce through the soft shell when poking in the hard shell.

For scrambled eggs in the microwave. One egg in a microwave safe container ( I use a plastic measuring cup) beat it with a fork and zap it for 30 sec or so. Pull it out and fluff it. If it is too runny zap it for 10 more sec.

Lol I love how you used the word "zap". This is how I make my scrambled eggs. Oh and if you want cheese on your scrambled eggs then put that on top of the eggs before you microwave them. :) good luck!!

I just did this this morning! Get a 12oz coffee mug, spray the inside with cooking spray, add 2 eggs, 2 tbs milk and salt and pepper. Mix with a fork until blended well. Put in microwave On high 45 sec, stir, put in for another 30-45 sec or until set. Enjoy!!
