Why do I get a headache any time I hold my breath more than a minute or two?

because you are not getting oxygen to your brain ans your brain cell break which is bad

all of this but a person can train them self to were they can stay under long if your swimming

I think it's almost impossible to hold your breath for longer than 3 mins and not die, don't hold your breath so long, your brain needs 20% of the oxygen
