Do what people used to do. Get a soap box and speak your ideas on the corner. Only now the soap box and the corner is YouTube. If enough people see and hear your message it could make a difference. I don't think an armed revolution is the answer.
All revolutions post-French Revolution are by nature violent. They are typically started when the middle class and lower classes feel their hope of employment or advancement are frustrated, and that the only hope of fixing the problem is rebelling against the government. They will not rebel against a government seen as supplying their income or benefits, as this would be counterproductive. This is why socialist governments tend to co-opt the middle and lower classes by taking money from the rich and distributing it to the poor. As long as this is being effectively done, the poor will endure a poor job situation, as unemployment (typically a precondition for revolution) is compensated by unemployment insurance.
