Once girls begin to menstruate, they usually stop growing within 18-24 months. My daughter's doctor told us that at her last visit.

When I was 11 I was 61 inches now I am about 73 inches. Just get some sleep a wait U will have a growth of a lot in the next couple of years.

You will have a growth spurt in the next few years. So just eat right and get the right amount of sleep. Good luck!!!!

It depends when you first got your period. You usually stop growing 2-3 years after you get it.

I agree with lulubelle and caitie, usually girls will gain a macimum of about 10% additional height after start menses.
