The graph of a system of parallel lines will have no solutions.

Always
Sometimes
Never

Can someone explain to me how I can figure out the answer?

Okay, a solution would be where the equations of each of the lines equal the same thing. On a graph, the solution would be seen as a point of intersection (since they equal the same thing.) Then, I'm sure you know the definition of parallel lines, so you can figure it out from there.
