As a athlete what kind of food/ drinks do you think would be good for me?
Lean meats, gatorade, or powerade
Protein foods (eggs and meat) and milk.
Gatorade & banana
Lots and lots of pastas and water/Gatoraid poweaid ect They help boost your energy.
In my preference and from my trainer, have lots of WATER, protein drinks, meats, any many fluids. But stay away from any sodas.
Eat plenty of meat, fruits, vegetables and lots of healthy foods. Only drink Gatorade or powerade if your doing an hour or more of exercise
