4 to 6 small Healthy meals every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When I say meal, it doesn't mean full course small meals. If you're not doing any workouts, 3 is good. Get your greens and protein in :). PLEASE don't skip breakfast, that's the most important meal of the day.
