(Please help) What is going on with me?

I'm 18 years old.

About 6 months ago, I went to a hospital because of some severe abdominal pain I was having. I was 17 at the time and my birthday is in November. I had a test done on me, but not a blood test. I took a urine test. I was not pregnant. I'm not even sexually active anyhow. The doctor later said that I had Bacterial Vagonisis, and he prescribed me the medication Metrinozdale.

A couple months later, I've been getting some pains below my navel. When I press on the bottom on my navel, some sharp pain starts to hit me.

My (lady part) has been feeling weird. It's like a couple of sharp pains whenever I move. From my lady part, to my pelvic region.

Sometimes all of the pains go to my back.

They're usually on and off symptoms and when I usually press below my navel.

I am pooping more frequently, and passing gas often. (sorry for the gross details)

My menstrual cycle is completely normal. It should start again soon, but I have all of these symptoms right before my period, and after.

I'm so scared that it might be my appendix. I'm terrified of death, and it my appendix did ever burst, I would be in trouble, because I live very far away from a hospital :/

Like what KatyCatsRule said you would need to tell him/her ASAP. But don't worry everything will be just fine. Hopefully it's not something to bad:)

That's an STD. That can't be possible, but I'll check with my doctor.
Report as
it can be an STD but if you said that you havent been sexually active then it might be an infection in your lady part
Report as
Pelvic inflammatory disease is not the same as std

I had similar problems & my ovary burst!! Worst pain in my life! I had emergency surgery to remove it, but the blood from the ruptured ovary got all over my organs & that's toxic! Don't wait, go to the dr... just because symptoms get better doesn't mean you're ok. I think a bc pill they yanked off the market caused my ovary to rupture! GET TO DR ASAP girl!

Doubt it's your appendix as symptoms wouldn't follow cycle - should see doctor to rule out cysts on ovaries or endometriosis as both of these cause the pain your describing. Or maybe, something as simple as pain from ovary during ovulation- keep track if you can what time of month, side of body, worse during physical activity, etc -pain is worse. The more you know the easier for the doctor.

It is NOT your appendix! It sounds like PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) bc it's centralized lower abdomen. If it were ovarian anything you'd feel it more on either right or left side. But either way u really need to see a specialist (ob/gyn, nurse midwife) or get urself into a hospital.
