How do I get my cat to stop meowing during her heat?

My cat is 11 months old and this is her first heat. She won't stop yowling and it's getting annoying. Is there anything I can do to get her to stop?

Take her to the vet and get her neutered. When a female cat, dog, whatever pet you like, is in heat and not allowed to mate, it is in torment. Get her spayed.

Get her spayed plus it allows her to live a longer healthier life and you don't have to deal with the heart brake if selling kittens because you definitely have to sell kittens

Get your cat fixed! There are too many cats and what if yours gets pregnant. Check with your shelters or Petsmart. Sometimes there are low $$ clinics to get them fixed. Don't add to the problem.
