Coffee. Coffee is one of the richest sources of antioxidants in the American diet. Studies have shown it boosts metabolism, improves concentration, and contributes to helping maintain a healthy weight. But like anything else, these results only occur when consumed in moderation. No one is saying keep a full pot in your hand throughout the day, but don't view coffee or caffein as a vice cause it absolutely is not. Bear in mind, I said COFFEE, not Triple Vent Mocha Frappachino with two pumps of Vanilla syrup and extra whip cream. Coffee!!!
According to healthy professionals, the best appetite suppressant is water. This is because, if you drink a full glass of water before meals, you will eat less as you will fill full. On the other hand, ginseng is famous for its memory enhancing and energy boosting effects on the human mind and body. Please do not waste your money on any of the "metabolic fat fighter" products. They only work when you also follow a diet and exercise program. You will loose the same amount of weight if you skip the snake oil products and simply follow a diet and exercise program. The bottom line is to loose weight and keep it off you must change your eating and exercise habits, no pill will do that for you.
Monster energy drinks I find, in moderation, keep me actually feeling quite healthy and of course energized. I don't do that five energy crap that they want you to spend five bucks on. Those don't fill you up as far as thirst goes. peanuts and cashews I found sky rocketed my energy levels while I was working allot. Other than that I'd say water and a healthy diet. Make sure you eat breakfast and I like foods like yogurt, oranges and other fruits, and nothing beats a good burger every once in a while.
