Can people eat peanut butter if they trying to lose body fat?

Can people still eat or avoid peanut butter for body fat loss?

You can eat anything, and still lose body fat.
You just have to eat responsibly ... don't "pig out" on anything ... and exercise to burn off the calories.

Yes,however,remember that p. b. contains a great deal of salt,oil and of course peanuts. Anyone can gain weight eating too many fruits and vegetables. So,yes you can lose weight. Moderation is key. Enjoy!

You have to consider what else you eat as well. Peanut butter is a healthy food, but it won't melt weight off your body just because some is eaten. Smaller, healthy meals ( there are any number of sources to find such plans) have to be part of any weight loss plan.
