Does the winter season affect your health?

I've been feeling pretty crummy lately, and I always seem to have health problems in the wintertime. Can winter impact your health, or am I imagining things?

No not really the only reason why people say "Put your coat on your gonna get sick!" is because when you are sick and in the cold air your body focuses on warming you so it stops fighting the bacteria in your body. Going outside with a coat on actually will help you but it won't help you from getting sick. DON"T LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO SAYS YES I AM A DOCTOR I SHOULD KNOW!

Winter season does affect your health since it triggers or worsens problems such as asthma, cold sores and sore throat. Its advisable to at all times wear warm gloves, socks and shoes when stepping out in cold weather.

Most definately. Whether Its a negative or positive thing seems to depend on the person. Its always neg for me as "seasonal depression".
