What is the hurry? It took you a lifetime to get where you are, you won't change in an instant. There are no fast n easy solutions. If you want to drop a couple pounds, it can be done in a couple weeks. 10 or more pounds will take longer. You have to burn more than you consume, and do so long term. Any form of cardio that raises your heart rate for 20 to 30 min is a good plan. Less than that, you aren't likely to accomplish much.
Any high intensity workout. Include a five minute warmup and stretch. Then get to it. You need to sweat for 15 minutes. Take a five minute walk to cool down. Then have breakfast. Don't let your hunger get the best of you. It might be easier to east before you relax, you will not want as much. Keep your calories down and the weight should melt away.
