Im trying, but i crave sweets, any help what to do or what would help

find sweet alternatives..having a sweet craving means that you have less taste buds so you need more sweets to satisfy you.. try experimenting with low calorie or low fat sweets and find one you like to splurge on every once and a while
eat a pickle or two.....it works.
just eat all of it and then you wont have any more to crave.

throw out all your unhealthy food in your house.. buy all veggies, then when you crave sweets.. you wont have any.
If you want to eat healthier but MUST have sweets, just change what sweets are. Fresh fruit is amazing for satisfying a sweet tooth:~red seedless grapes~fresh pineapple~fresh mango~fresh papaya~strawberries~cherries~banana~fresh peaches~fresh nectarines~fresh plums~cantaloupe~watermelon
put a "pineapple upsidedown cake" in the oven...w/a layer of bananas over the pineapples and cherries...the moving around alone will be good for you..
