I would say "I was gotten to kill the man." Thpugh I agree with the other response that if there was any possible way to change the berb used I would do so to be more specific to the reader.

No. Got is already in past tense.
i would use a different verb (fetched, called for, really something with more meaning) but yes you would be correct
No. Very poor grammer. So is 'gotten'. Try: 'I was told to kill the man"
