No, it is not because of reflections, emotion, or the like. It IS because god make it so, but the vehicle by which he did so is the fact that as the light passes through our atmosphere some of it (the blue light, to be exact) gets scattered across the sky, and that's what you see. In the evening and morning, however, more light is scattered and what you see in the sky is the true color of the sun (a kind of reddish yellow darkened by being scattered).hope this answers your question adequately.

the reason, if you were wondering, more light is scattered in morning/evening is the angle of the sun.

and the reason for what color is scattered first, is because blue has a higher wavelength than the other colors.

facinating stuff, science.
